1. What if I need to reschedule?
Please let Daniel know as soon as possible. You may request one reschedule due to force majeure (illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances) without forfeiting your retainer. Additional reschedules or changes may incur a fee and must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Does The Memory Grove offer image storage?
Yes! We provide 6 months of free digital storage and access to your images. After this period, access will expire. To continue accessing your files, you may pay $25 per month. Storage cannot be guaranteed if payment is not received on the 1st of each month after the initial 6 months.

3. What are my responsibilities after receiving the share link?
Download your images promptly. Links are active for 30 days; after that, files may expire or incur additional retrieval fees.
Backup your files for safekeeping. The Memory Grove is not responsible for lost or deleted files after download.
Respect usage restrictions under your license agreement (e.g., no resale, no unapproved edits).
4. When will I receive my photos?
All final images will be delivered within 10 business days after your session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. How are the images delivered?
All final digital images will be sent via Google Drive to the email provided in your Contact Us questionnaire.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

6. How do I know my time is booked?
Your session is confirmed once the non-refundable 50% retainer is paid. You will receive an invoice and confirmation email from The Memory Grove Photography.
7. What if I don’t know how to pose?
No worries! Daniel will guide you through poses during the session. We provide direction and tips to make you feel comfortable and confident.
8. What do I wear?
Choose outfits that reflect your style and the session theme.
Solid colors or subtle patterns work best.
Bring extra outfit options if multiple looks are requested.
Avoid clothing with large logos or distracting graphics unless intentional for branding purposes.
9. How do I contact the photographer?

Please allow 24–48 hours for a response. For urgent session updates (rescheduling, emergencies), contact as soon as possible.
10. Can I modify my images?
Minor edits are allowed: cropping, color adjustments, text overlays, resizing for social media.
Major edits require written approval: substantial retouching, compositing, AI edits, or anything altering the original artistic style.
Prohibited edits: defamatory, misleading, or offensive alterations.
11. Can I use my photos for business purposes?
Yes, under your license agreement:
Organic social media posts: up to 5 posts per month per asset.
Paid ads: up to 2 variants per asset.
Internal business display: permitted during the license term.
Not allowed: resale, merchandise, stock libraries, NFTs, AI training, political content, or public advertising without a separate license.
12. Who owns the photos?
The Memory Grove Photography retains all copyright and intellectual property rights. You are granted a license to use the images as specified in your agreement, not ownership.
13. What happens if someone uses my photos without permission?
Unauthorized use may result in legal action or liquidated damages. The Memory Grove Photography may issue DMCA takedown notices or pursue other enforcement measures.
14. What if my session or delivery is delayed?
Delays due to weather, illness, or equipment issues may allow for rescheduling without forfeiting your retainer.
Files are delivered after full payment clears.
Delays caused by expired links, email issues, or storage problems beyond 30 days may require a retrieval fee.
